Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

1. Connect all sensors to the I2C bus (SDA: GPIO 6, SCL: GPIO 7)

2. Insert SD card for data logging

3. Configure WiFi in the SETUP tab

4. Calibrate sensors in SENSOR CALIBRATION tab

5. Set alarm thresholds in SENSOR ALARMS tab

SGP30: TVOC sensor (0-60,000 ppb range)

SGP40: VOC Index and Air Quality Index

SCD40: CO₂ sensor (400-5000 ppm)

BME680: Environmental sensor (PM2.5, PM10)

SHT40: Temperature and Humidity

MPU6050: 6-axis accelerometer and gyroscope

Air Quality Index

0-50 Good - Air quality is satisfactory

51-100 Moderate - Acceptable for most people

101-150 Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups

151+ Unhealthy - Everyone may experience effects

Troubleshooting

Sensor Not Detected

• Check I2C wiring (SDA/SCL connections)

• Verify sensor power supply (3.3V)

• Run sensor calibration from SENSOR CALIBRATION tab

• Check I2C address conflicts

WiFi Connection Issues

• Verify SSID and password are correct

• Ensure 2.4GHz network (5GHz not supported)

• Check router firewall settings

• Move device closer to router

SD Card Not Recognized

• Use FAT32 formatted SD card

• Maximum 32GB card size

• Try reformatting the card

• Check SD card pins for damage

Fall Detection False Alarms

• Adjust sensitivity slider (lower = less sensitive)

• Increase detection delay

• Calibrate MPU6050 sensor

• Ensure device is mounted securely
